PaperCut is constantly working on giving users the best\nexperience possible. Building on the 19.1 features, here are the latest updates\nin the 19.2 release: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Print\nDeploy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chromebooks have been added to the list of operating systems\nPrint Deploy supports. Deploy printers, drivers, and default settings to locations.\nPaperCut has also included deploying to specific user groups as well as,\ndelivered support for nine additional languages! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scanning\n& Document Processing <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Batch splitting and blank page removal options now available,\nhelp reduce the amount of work at the MFD when scanning. The multi-server document\nprocessing engine is here too! Coming fresh out of the percolator, it is the\nperfect fit for scaling up scanning in self-hosted deployments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Limitless\nCustom Reports<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are no more limitations on the number of generated\ncustom reports. Export any data to CSV to use with business intelligence\nsolutions like Tableau and PowerBI. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

New in the Percolator:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Copying\nPolicies Through Device Scripting Enhancements <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Implement policies to change behaviors like restricting color\ncopying and setting copy quotas, allowing you to cut costs. Set prices for\ncopy, scan, and fax actions on the fly. Assign different pricing for different\nuser groups or create your pricing model from scratch. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interactive\nScan to Email Destinations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When scanning to email or faxing documents, there are now\nmore choices. Users can enter a destination email or fax number to send\ndocuments using an email to fax gateway when scanning documents at the MFD. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sync UPN\nUsernames from Active Directory <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have a large multi-domain environment with potential\nclashes in names, you won\u2019t have to worry much longer. Soon you will be able to\nsync usernames across multiple domains using the User Principal Name (UPN), to\navoid any clashing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
