Umango Extract's quick, cost effective and accurate solution resulted in an entire attitude change regarding the otherwise labor intensive task of check processing. The Umango Extract solution has saved the check processors' valuable time. A once three-step check scanning process has now been minimized to a one step process and the staff at Proyecto Pastoral couldn't be happier.

Our previous process made the task of scanning a bit daunting and easy to want to procrastinate. We had to scan and email them individually to ourselves, then sort by saving onto our server's 'S drive'. [It was] very tedious and time consuming. We definitely saved time by streamlining the process. [Umango] knocks out several steps for each batch/file. It's also customizable for specific types of documents/folders.

We are dealing with hundreds of responses every day and Umango has not only made it easy to input this information but we can save time doing so. We've also got the ability now to separate, batch and categorize the information which we couldn't do easily prior to having the software.It only took about half an hour of training for us to learn how to use the software. It really is that easy to use.

It's so easy for me to set up a Job using the batch function and walk away from the machine to get on with doing all of my other tasks. I can't believe how easy the software is to use. I'd never used anything like Umango before. I literally had half on hour of training and since then, and because I've found it so easy and not daunting to experiment with the settings, I've been able to teach myself to use it further.

This solution automatically creates a file name with specific search requirements and stores the files on a network drive, allowing the department to scan files faster while quickly checking for any scanning discrepancies. We have confidence in the simplicity of the workflow and have already demonstrated and recommended this solution to another government area.
