Umango Version 5.8 is out now. In this release, the list of connectors compatible with Umango products is expanding! There are three new connectors being added in this release. Checkout what three connectors are being added along with some info on each:
- iManage for legal
iManage is an intuitive customer-relationship management software solution that targets the legal market. Umango has developed the ability to quickly search or browse each level of the filing process from the MFD panel, allowing for expedited scanning right into iManage’s cloud product.
- ShareFile for medical/accounting, financial, and legal
ShareFile is a cloud document storage system that allows users to store documents in personal and shared folders. Similar to Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive, ShareFile provides basic workflow and other features that make it attractive to specific verticals. With Umango, the connector lets users create folders, name documents, and browse through folders in ShareFile directly through the panel of the device. Umango removes a good portion of the manual data entry that takes place without it.
- WebDAV – Website Content Protocol
A connector that allows users to scan documents from the MFP building, manipulating, and storing documents onto HTTP platform. Web Distributed Authoring and Versioning, or WebDAV, is a powerful tool for users seeking the ability to add, create, and remove content in and out of websites through scanned images and files.
