General
Sarasota is a sunny paradise, come in comfortable attire. Casual or business casual. There will be outdoor events as well so come prepared for sunny outdoor weather. If you are going to participate in some the summit activities keep in mind you may want to bring athletic wear, a swimsuit, and comfortable clothing options. Business casual is fine for the meeting days and resort wear for all other activities. Flip flops and shorts are good – after all, it is the Florida Gulf Coast!
You’re booking confirmation email from The Resort at Longboat Key Club will include verbiage regarding a Deposit Policy. This content is automated and cannot be modified by the team at The Resort at Longboat Key Club. Although your email will contain this content, rest assured that the deposit policy has been waived for all ecoSummit 2023 attendees.
Instead, you’re payment will not be processed until point of check-in.
We will be offering shuttle services for attendees to the ecoSummit. Please deliver your flight information, date/time, and destination airport at your earliest convenience to your Channel Manager to ensure your seat on the shuttle service is secured. The pickup can only be scheduled once we have received your updated flight information.
Each adult will receive a wood flamingo pin. Pin these to your lapel or keep it with you. It will let the Resort staff know that you are with the ecoprintQ Summit during the event. Please note that you will need your flamingo pin to board transit services for the ecoSummit event.
We are providing shuttle services from Tampa International Airport (TPA) and Sarasota Bradenton International (SRQ) on Monday, May 22nd 2023 to the Resort and a return shuttle for both airports on Thursday, May 25th 2023 via Gulf Coast Transportation.

Location
The Harbourside Golf Course and our Longboat Key marina are about a 4-mile drive to the northwest of the guest room buildings and the Links on Longboat Course.
The pickleball and bocce courts are right by our Sarasota marina, tennis pro shop, Tennis Gardens, and Harbourside Golf Course while the Islandside Tennis Courts, Mind & Motion Studio, Spa, Links on Longboat Golf Course, and the beach are located closer to the guest rooms.
Our Sarasota Florida accommodations in Buildings 2 and 3 are the closest to the beach and pool.
Buildings 1 and 4 are slightly farther away from the pool, but still have beach views.
Buildings 6, 7, and 5 are a 5- to 7-minute walk to the beach (please note that you have to walk across Sands Point Road to get to the beach from Buildings 6 and 7).
The lagoon view suites are located in Buildings 6 and 7.
Golf view rooms are in Building 5.
Longboat Key Club Moorings, the Florida gulf coast’s largest deep-water marina, and the Harbourside Golf Course are about a 4-mile drive from the Links and hotel accommodations. We recommend renting a car during your stay, but we also provide a shuttle to take guests to different parts of the resort.
St Armands Circle, a prime Sarasota attraction, is 2 miles from the hotel.
Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) is about 8.5 miles from the resort. Tampa International Airport (TPA) is 62 miles from the resort. St Pete-Clearwater International Airport is 53 miles away. This hotel doesn’t provide an airport shuttle, but our concierge will be happy to organize transportation for you!
Please note: Longboat Key Club Moorings does not have a boat ramp, and parking for trailers at the Marina is prohibited. Resort guests can book a marina slip based on availability. If a resort guest wants to trailer a boat, we ask them to call the resort ahead of time to ensure parking is available on Islandside near the resort. The nearest boat ramp is at Ken Thompson Park, approximately 1.5 miles from the resort.

Self-parking is complimentary (one space per room and two spaces per two-bedroom suite). We can accommodate RV and boat trailer parking, but please contact the concierge ahead of time in order to ensure availability.
The shuttle is available on demand! Just give the front desk a call or ask the bellman for them to pick you up to take you to our resort destinations.
To make reservations at our Longboat Key spa and salon, please call the spa at 941-387-1587. Custom gift certificates for The Spa can be arranged by calling 888.237.5545. Our Sarasota, FL spa is located in the same building as the Links Golf Pro Shop, Fitness Center, and the Mind & Motion Studio. Yes, we offer special holiday menus for our club members and resort guests at our Longboat Key restaurants.
For guests traveling with babies, the resort offers Pack ‘N Plays (cribs are not available onsite). To reserve a crib for your stay, you may contact ABC Rentals at https://www.abcbabyrental.com/ or 941-929-1850.
While we don’t offer babysitting services through the hotel, the concierge can recommend an outside vendor.
Beach chairs at our Sarasota beach resort are first come, first serve. Two chairs per room (4 for the 2-bedroom suites) are included in the resort fee. Additional beach amenities like cabanas, umbrellas, paddleboards, and kayaks are also available for rent through an outside vendor on property.
Our Junior Suites, and 1- and 2-Bedroom Suites have washers and dryers in them. While we don’t have coin operated laundry on-site, dry-cleaning services are available on weekdays.
Fitness
There are so many things to do in Longboat Key Florida! At our Sarasota beach resort alone, in addition to two tennis and golf courses, we have pickleball courts as well as a fitness center with cardio and strength equipment. Tennis rackets and balls are included, but we do ask that guests reserve the courts 1 day in advance. Guests can call 941-387-1633 to make a tennis reservation.

Yes, there’s a $30 extra person fee per person, per night after the second adult.

The Resort at Longboat Key Club’s cancellation policy varies based on stay date and rate type (for instance an Advance Purchase rate has a stricter cancellation policy than most rates). Our deposit and standard cancellation policies are listed here.
Check into our Sarasota beach resort is at 4pm and check out is at 11am.
Rollaways are available upon request for a daily fee of $30. Pack and plays, high chairs, and booster seats are complimentary. These amenities are based on availability.
The Resort at Longboat Key Club does not allow pets, but we would be more than happy to find nearby accommodations for your furry friends. Just call us at 888.237.5545 or locally at 941.383.8821 and we will gladly make arrangements to coincide with your stay at our Gulf Coast luxury resort.
Please contact the concierge at least 24 hours prior to arrival to send an amenity to a guest’s room. To pay for all or part of a guest’s stay, our front desk will be happy to send you a Sertifi link so that you can submit your payment information securely and electronically.
