Print Deploy
Chromebooks have been added to the list of operating systems Print Deploy supports. Deploy printers, drivers, and default settings to locations. PaperCut has also included deploying to specific user groups as well as, delivered support for nine additional languages!
Scanning & Document Processing
Batch splitting and blank page removal options now available, help reduce the amount of work at the MFD when scanning. The multi-server document processing engine is here too! Coming fresh out of the percolator, it is the perfect fit for scaling up scanning in self-hosted deployments.
Limitless Custom Reports
There are no more limitations on the number of generated custom reports. Export any data to CSV to use with business intelligence solutions like Tableau and PowerBI.

New Copying Policies Through Device Scripting Enhancements
Implement policies to change behaviors like restricting color copying and setting copy quotas, allowing you to cut costs. Set prices for copy, scan, and fax actions on the fly. Assign different pricing for different user groups or create your pricing model from scratch.
Interactive Scan to Email Destinations
When scanning to email or faxing documents, there are now more choices. Users can enter a destination email or fax number to send documents using an email to fax gateway when scanning documents at the MFD.
Sync UPN Usernames from Active Directory
If you have a large multi-domain environment with potential clashes in names, you won’t have to worry much longer. Soon you will be able to sync usernames across multiple domains using the User Principal Name (UPN), to avoid any clashing.
